先端入退室方法 Positive: 部屋が清潔で広さも十分だった。 ロケーションが中央駅の近くで交通の便が非常に良かった。 Negative: 部屋への入退室方法がスマホ利用であったが、操作エラーが頻発した。

Excellent location for exploring Helsinki. Positive: Perfect location! Very calm and nice, in a modern building, clean and comfortable with all amenities we needed. Negative: It was difficult to use the smart lock. Once we realised that we have to push the door against its frame while unlocking, it was easier to get in. Also, it would be nice to have a dark curtain in the small bedroom to block the lights of the staircase/corridor out.

Positive: Location was great. Very close to Central station and shopping areas. Apartment was comfortable and clean. It was spacious. Staff at 2ndhomes were very helpful when we had to contact them. Negative: Wrong information sent out regarding entry to the apartment which meant we were not able to get in on arrival and had to contact 2ndhomes by phone to get correct codes for entry. It's a bad start to a holiday! Number of issues in the apartment ...a number of the saucepans were not compatible with an induction hob, the outer door onto the enclosed balcony will not close, two of the windows on the balcony would not close. The kit for the apple TV and projector did not work though an alternative TV had been provided.
